Knowledge is power - remember this simple fact.

It doesn't matter whether it's being able to spell correctly or talk intelligently, people will respect you and you will find that you will make much more interesting friends and have more interesting conversations and, most probably, take part in more interesting activities - Your world can change!.

Many times you may find that you are trying to look up a particular word or topic and resort to one of the many search engines Google, Yahoo, etc. that are available. You are then presented with page after page of subject matter that you have to sift through in order to find the right answer to your query.

What if you had a whole range of specialist dictionaries and encyclopedias on your desk top? Would you pick up one of those or would you trawl through the Internet looking for the answer to your question?

Now you have both options available. The Internet hosts a whole range of free knowledge in the form of dictionaries, encyclopedias and many other resources that you can easily tap in to, sometimes in multiple languages.

Specialist areas such as law, computers, Cajun culture, mountains, medical matters, folklore, religions and a whole host of other fields are covered and you'll soon find yourself engrossed in topics that are not only new to you but open up your mind to new experiences.
